Before importing wallets, make sure that:
- Customers and Wallets are already created in Playtomic Manager.
- The file format must be CSV (Comma-Separated Values).
Information to Include in the CSV File:
- email*: The user’s email.
- wallet_name*: The wallet name must match exactly with what's in the system.
- wallet_balance*: The balance you want to import.
Important details:
- Use a comma ( , ) as the decimal separator (not a dot).
- You are importing Wallet movements, so you can import corrective balances for wallets that already exist.
🚨 Fields with an asterisk (*) are mandatory, and negative balances can’t be imported.
How to Import Wallets:
- Go to the Customers section in the left menu.
- Click on the Import tab and select "New Import."
- Choose "Wallets Balances."
- Confirm that you have the right to handle customer data.
- Choose whether to import a Single Wallet or Multiple Wallets.
- Upload the CSV file from your computer.
- Fix any broken lines if needed.
⚠️ If there's an issue during the import:
- Go to the Imports list.
- Click on Download error rows to see what went wrong and a comment explaining the error.
