How to import Club or merchant Wallets

Before importing wallets, make sure that:

  1. Customers and Wallets are already created in Playtomic Manager.
  2. The file format must be CSV (Comma-Separated Values).

Information to Include in the CSV File:

  • email*: The user’s email.
  • wallet_name*: The wallet name must match exactly with what's in the system.
  • wallet_balance*: The balance you want to import.

Important details:

  • Use a comma ( , ) as the decimal separator (not a dot).
  • You are importing Wallet movements, so you can import corrective balances for wallets that already exist.

🚨 Fields with an asterisk (*) are mandatory, and negative balances can’t be imported.

How to Import Wallets:

  1. Go to the Customers section in the left menu.
  2. Click on the Import tab and select "New Import."
  3. Choose "Wallets Balances."
  4. Confirm that you have the right to handle customer data.
  5. Choose whether to import a Single Wallet or Multiple Wallets.
  6. Upload the CSV file from your computer.
  7. Fix any broken lines if needed.

⚠️ If there's an issue during the import:

  • Go to the Imports list.
  • Click on Download error rows to see what went wrong and a comment explaining the error.
