Easily manage your courts using Playtomic Manager. It’s important to know how to add, edit, or delete a court whenever needed. Once a court is set up and activated, it becomes visible to users on the app. Make sure to keep your courts updated for smooth customer experiences.
How to add a court
To add a court, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings from the left-hand menu.
- Click on Courts.
If no courts have been added yet, the list will be empty. To create a new court:
- Click on the blue "New Court" button at the top right.
- Fill in the required details:
- Court name
- Sport
- Court type
- Court Features
- How many courts? (This allows you to create up to 20 copies of the court with the same settings at once)
Next, go to Advanced Settings to:
- Activate the court (Active Court).
- Enable online bookings (Bookable Online).
- Add a Description (optional)
- Select Shared courts (optional)
Once you have done, click on "create"
How to edit a court
To edit a court, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings from the left-hand menu.
- Click on Courts.
- Click on the court's name from the list, and the same window will appear where you can update the details.
How to delete a court
To delete a court, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings from the left-hand menu.
- Click on Courts.
- Click on its name in the list and then click on the grey basket icon at the bottom right of the screen.
