Easily manage your courts using Playtomic Manager. It’s important to know how to add, edit, or delete a court whenever needed. Once a court is set up and activated, it becomes visible to users on the app. Make sure to keep your courts updated for smooth customer experiences.
Supported sports
You can create courts for the following sports:
Padel, Tennis, Football 7, Futsal, Football, Padbol, Squash, Badminton, Pickleball, Beach Tennis, Beach Volley, Volleyball, Basketball, Cricket, Table Tennis and Golf Simulator.
How to add a court
- Go to Settings > Courts.
- Click the blue New Court button at the top right.
- Fill in the court details:
- Court name
- Sport
- Court type: Indoor, Outdoor or Roofed outdoor.
- Court features: choose the Feature (Wall, Crystal or Panoramic) and the Size (Single or Double).
- How many courts?: create up to 20 copies of the court with the same settings at once.
- Go to Advanced Settings to:
- Activate the court (Active Court). An active court shows in your Calendar in Playtomic Manager.
- Enable online bookings (Bookable Online).
- Add a description (optional).
- Select Shared courts (optional). For more information, see How shared courts work.
- Click Create.
How to edit a court
You can change every court setting at any time after the court is created. For example, you can rename the court, change its feature or sport, or turn off Bookable Online.
- Go to Settings > Courts.
- Click the court's name in the list.
- Update the details.
- Click the blue Save button.
How to change the order of your courts
By default, courts are listed in the order you created them. Your Calendar shows them in the same order.
- Go to Settings > Courts.
- Click and hold the six-dot icon on the left of the court's name.
- Drag the court up or down to its new position, then release it.
The new order is saved automatically and also applies to your Calendar.
How to delete a court
- Go to Settings > Courts.
- Click the court's name in the list.
- Click the trash icon at the bottom left.
- A message appears: "Delete Court? When you delete court, you lose the court with all data. This can not be undone." Click Delete to confirm.
Note: You can't delete a court that has future activity. If you try, you'll see the message "This resource is occupied in the future. Impossible to delete." Cancel or move the court's future activity first, then delete the court.
