Complete the setup of your Club

Quick Guide to Completing Your Club Configuration

Follow these steps to finish setting up your club in Playtomic Manager:

1. Confirm General Information

Once your club is created, an alert will appear at the top of the screen with a button labeled "Confirm General Information." Verify the following details:

  • Club name, address, and services
  • Club images or logo for the Playtomic app and website
  • Website, phone number, and club description
  • Booking limits and cancellation policy
  • Court list and pricing

⚠️ Don’t forget to click the "Next" button at the bottom to save changes.

2. Image Guidelines

  • Website banner: 2048x1152 px (horizontal) or 1152x2048 px (vertical)
  • Mobile logo: 730x381 px or similar

3. Billing Information

After confirming your club details, proceed to update your Billing Information.
