How to export a user list

Exporting a user list from Playtomic Manager is easy:

1. Go to Customers in the menu on the left and click on the three dots next to the "New Customer" button.
2. Click on Export List of Customers in CSV.
3. A message will appear, read carefully the Terms & Conditions and then click "Accept and Export", and your file will download immediately.

The exported list will include:

• Player’s name
• User’s email
• Player’s ID in Playtomic
• Whether the player accepted commercial communications.

📢 The export will also show each customer’s Wallet details, including the balance of each wallet and the total balance they have across all wallets. 📢
