Onsite Payment Methods

This feature allows you to create and manage custom payment methods to mark manual bookings as paid directly at your club’s reception.

By default, you will have two options that are always enabled:

• Credit Card
• Cash

However, you can create additional payment methods to suit your needs, such as Bizum, bank transfer, and more!

How to Create a New Onsite Payment Method

1. Go to Settings and select Onsite Payment Methods.
2. Click the + New Payment Method button in the top right corner.
3. A new screen will appear where you can enter the payment method details.
4. Type the name of the payment method in the "Set Name" field (e.g., "Transfer").
5. Choose the status: Enabled (to activate now) or Disabled (to activate later).
6. Click Add Payment Method to save your changes.

1. Now, you can select this new payment method to mark any booking or match as paid at your club.
