Store (POS and Products)

You can now sell products at the reception, organize them into categories and subcategories, set the gross sales price, choose the VAT, and decide if the product is active or inactive.

Using the POS (Point of Sale)

From the POS, you can:

  1. Process a sale of pre-set products.
  2. Select a product or multiple products.
  3. Add the quantity needed.
  4. Click on Pay and choose the payment method.

Viewing Sales History

In the Sales History screen, you can see all sales. By default, it shows today's sales, but you can apply date filters to view other days.

When you select a specific sale, you’ll see details like:

  • Total sale amount
  • Sale date
  • User who processed the sale
  • Payment method
  • Products sold, their quantities, and prices

You can also cancel and refund paid sales from this screen. Just click on the item and then click on Refund.

Store Products in the Payment List

Exporting payments has been made clearer. When you export payments from Payments > Processed and click the three dots to export as a CSV file, you will now see a new column.

This new column shows the product name when a payment is linked to a store sale. This small but useful change helps club managers track products more easily and makes payment management smoother and clearer.
